Sustainability and corporate social responsibility really matter to us. We don’t just talk the talk, we walk the walk.
We are building our own growth around two basic principles; integrity and transparency. We are committed to conducting our business ethically and sustainably, always striving to offset our carbon footprint and to support those less fortunate than ourselves.
When we develop a house, we do so in a manner that keeps emissions to a minimum. It’s also very important to us to make sure that all materials are ethically and responsibly sourced.
As a team, we’re also looking at supporting local initiatives to assist and fundraise for those in our society who are homeless – this really matters to us and further details on this and other activities will be updated here accordingly.
By ensuring our HMOs are finished to a very high standard, we are committed to creating an environment that is conducive to tenant welfare. We strive to exceed both investor and tenant expectations.
The friendly faces within our business all share these same views. We want to pull forward together and help keep our HMO investments environmentally friendly and ethical, whilst at the same time ensuring that our investors achieve as high an ROI as possible.
