What is a house of multiple occupancy?
A HMO is a property rented out by at least 3 people who are not from one household, but share facilities like the bathroom, kitchen and lounge.
We typically buy 3 bedroom family homes and convert them to 6 bed, all ensuite HMO's
Our properties are then refurbished inline with the HMO standards published by the local council
Once the value of the property has increased we always refinance each property to unlock cash for ourselves and our investors
We then rent each property to a company that pay the equivalent of what all tenants would pay, if we rented the property by room
